Wellhen are a team of professional spa therapists and wellness experts, who are ready to come to your venue and host the ultimate pamper session! Perfect for hen party celebrations in Dublin, this experience will treat each member of your group to multiple treatments that will be sure to relax and rejuvenate. Melt onto the massage couch as you enjoy heavenly facials and massages, before giving your nails a treat with a manicure and pedicure. There’s even the chance to sweat it out and open those pores with a steam session, before experiencing the thrill of cold water therapy. Guided breathwork and meditation will be led at the start of your session, perfect for getting everyone into the zone. Wellhen knows how to celebrate and will bring with them the perfect playlist of upbeat tunes, along with Prosecco and Nosecco to keep the good times coming!

Terms and Conditions

Exercise/Yoga is participated in at your own risk. Anyone with an injury, medical history, disease or anything that may cause you further risk or inhibit your ability to correctly and safely do exercise, should come forward and make this known before engagement. You will not be covered otherwise. 
Steamers and shared equipment should be used at your own risk. WellHens.com is responsible for correctly cleaning products after party use and will re-use. 
Guests should never use the Steamer prior to a waxing service. Some redness following waxing is normal. Do not schedule a body treatment the same day as a waxing service.
Anyone with infection, virus, disease, or irritation should come forward and make this clear to the health professional before part-taking in the body steamer, ice-bath, nail technician, facial and massages.
Packages are subject to timings. Large groups of 10 or more will have shorter treatments to those in groups less than 10. Being on time, providing the correct appropriate quiet space will aid for a successful party.
Spaces that work well for WellHen:
Warm spaces
Open spaces, furniture moved around to allow for massage tables, etc.
Quiet/un-disturbed spaces
Hotels & B&B’s with their written permission, given to WellHen 72 hrs in advance of your booking.
Garden areas when the day is known to be well/covered
WellHen will not be responsible for inappropriate settings or conditions. The chosen space is completely up to the users/bookers of the party itself.
Awareness - WellHen is not a Spa. We are a portable wellness day package that provides treatments you may find in a Spa or beauty Salon. We offer these treatments in the comfort of your own location to bring wellness to you. 
Confirmation email is required to show to a member of the wellness team on arrival.
To allow everyone to benefit from the peaceful atmosphere, please switch off your mobile phone before you start.
Please inform us at time of booking if you are expecting, or trying to become pregnant. Expectant Mothers should not use the Steam Facilities or receive certain treatments and/or should talk with a professional before attempting any physical workouts i.e yoga. Expectant Mothers can safely have any maternity body treatments.
To help you to enjoy your experience with us, we would recommend you close the treatment area to any family members etc to avoid disturbance.
Please note we require 30 minutes extra time before and after scheduled session placement, to allow for setting up and cleaning.
Those under 18 can be facilitated in certain activities but not all - must check in advance based on the package you desire/have already booked.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

100% of the treatment cost will be automatically charged to your credit card if your appointment is cancelled with less than 5 days notice. Notice can be given by email or phone calls.
If no show, we regret that any deposit paid to secure your booking won’t be refunded
Rescheduling is available 72 hrs prior to your booking. 
If anyone in your party is late to join, we will do our best to accommodate you in your remaining time however full service of treatments may not be able to be accommodated. 
Gratuities are left to the clients’ discretion. Your personal recommendation to a friend is our best reward.

Wellhen.com reserves the right to postpone any Spa treatment due to unforeseen circumstances

Credit Card details or a deposit are required at time of the call to confirm your spa booking.

All clients are requested to arrive on time.

All confidential information is used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

WELLHEN reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notification. Jurisdiction: Contract will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and submitted to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
