JOINER PARTY NIGHTS
a Provisional bookings will be held for 10 days. The hotel reserves the right to cancel a
provisional booking if a deposit is not paid within this time
b A £20 deposit per person is required to guarantee places on our joiner party night
packages. Final payment is then required by 1st November 2024.
c Cancellation of a party or individual guest, including cancellation due to adverse

weather conditions will result in payment being forfeited as all payments made on non-
refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation. This applies to payment for both

party night and accommodation.
d All bookings are subject to availability.
e The hotel will endeavor to sit groups on individual private tables where possible,
however we reserve the right to place separate groups together on share tables. We
cannot accept individual table plans. This is the case for all events with the exception of
private Christmas parties.
f Table location requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
g We reserve the right to cancel any bookings at any time should the hotel or any parts
of the hotel become unavailable due to events out of our control, or should you or we
become insolvent.
h In the event of insufficient numbers of attendees being met for a party we reserve the
right to cancel the event.
i The hotel operates a strict over 18’s drinking policy and follow the challenge 25 policy.
Photo ID may be asked before alcohol can be purchased on the night. All Christmas and
New Year’s Eve events are available to all individuals over the age of 18.
j In the event that our advertised alcoholic beverages (including wine) are unavailable a
suitable replacement will be offered as an alternative.
k Menus are correct at the time of print and may be subject to change. We will endeavor to
cater for specific dietary requests where possible, providing we are advised of them in
advance of the event.
l Menu pre orders are required for all choice menus and must be received 4 weeks prior
to event start date.
m Please be aware that the food items may contain nuts. Menu choices and special dietary
requirements must be supplied no later than 21 days prior to the event date to ensure
efficient service of your chosen meal.
n Guests are not permitted to consume their own alcohol on the premises. The hotel
operates a bag search policy. Any alcohol found will be confiscated and returned at the
end of the evening.
