Inflorescence was created by Jacinta Maddison whose love for wine and working with sommeliers drove her to quit running her own restaurant and to start a wine tasting business. Inflorescence means ‘grape flower cluster’ and Jacinta has built her brand on the idea that we all start as inflorescences on our way to discovering wine. And wine is awesome! Inflorescence virtual wine tasting workshops are designed for anyone who loves a tipple and wants to find out more about their favourite drink. You’ll get everything sent to your home beforehand, including wines and tasting notes, and then all you’ll need to do is join a private zoom call with your friends. A professional wine connoisseur will teach you all about the flavours and tastes of the different wines. Afterwards, you’ll have some newfound knowledge and lots of tasty wine to drink.
