Assault Course

We dare you to take on this exciting and demanding Assault Course in Nottingham! This physical and mental challenge takes place across several acres of countryside where your group will take on exhilarating obstacles, such as a tyre tunnel, scramble net and Burma bridge. Each obstacle tackles a different fear, whether it’s a dark hole, a high wall, a tight space or a wide ravine. You’ve all got to complete each part of the Assault Course before the rest of your team can move on but don’t worry, good teamwork will help you get through it as your friends, family or workmates will be right next to you, offering lots of support and encouragement. You’ll have loads of fun as you push your bodies and brains to their limit and will feel such pride when you finish.
