What a rewarding way to get dirty! Leave the monotony of everyday life behind as you embrace your inner superhero, putting your body through its paces whilst having a great laugh with your favourite people. You’ll jump, climb, run, scramble and swing your way to the finish line with smiles on your faces, tackling a range of muddy and wet obstacles, such as rope swings, steep walls, tight tunnels and huge scramble nets.

Not just for the super fit, all abilities are welcome to come and give this fun activity a go. Enthusiasm and teamwork go a long way to helping you soar over these tricky obstacles and overcome your fears. Adrenalin Jungle in Nottingham offers an exciting Assault Course that takes place in the heart of Sherwood Forest.

Work as a team or get competitive

Over several acres of countryside, you can indulge in some friendly competition with your friends, family or work colleague as you go head to head during this Nottingham Assault Course. You’ll all take on a brilliant range of obstacles, including a Burma bridge, tyre tunnel, scramble net and much more. As if that wasn’t tricky enough, each obstacle takes on a different fear, from blacked out holes to high walls and wide ravines to tight spaces.

Every member of your team will need to complete each obstacle before you can move on so make sure to cheer each other on! This activity takes approximately one hour but varies from group to group; if you’re super fit you might a bit faster and if you haven’t had a run around for a while you may take a little longer. You’ll get to the finish line in the end though!
