The experienced coasteering instructor will take you and your team to rugged locations along the coastline where you’ll enjoy dramatic cliff jumping, cave swimming, climbing and scrambling.

The professional and experienced instructor will give you a safety briefing and provide you with all the equipment such as helmets and kit to keep you warm.

Then it’s time to let loose in this stunning location, feeling the adrenaline pumping through your veins.

- Please note, this activity takes place at St Davids, around 112 miles (2 hours & 30min drive) from Cardiff city centre. from Cardiff city centre. - Transfers not included. - You must be able to swim a minimum of 50m. - You need to have a reasonable level of fitness. - You'll be provided with either a winter wetsuit or a two-layered system (i.e. full length & shorty for a minimum of 6mm core).
