You’ll head to a top activity centre in Cardiff, where you’ll be met by a friendly activity co-ordinator who will be hosting the dodgeball session.

Expect all the fun of the original game along with other games that take a twist on the traditional concept, which include Wrong Arm Dodgeball, Behind Enemy Lines and plenty more!

This one-hour experience is great fun for everyone, no matter what your levels of fitness are.
