However long ago they last participated in a school sports day, your team are going to fall in love with it all over again as they complete and laugh their way through team building in Newcastle.

Watch your group unleash the big kid within as they split into teams or ‘houses’ to go head to head across different brilliantly retro events.

Just imagine the looks of concentration on their faces as they try their hardest to balance that infamous beanbag on their heads!

They’ll also take part in space hopper, egg and spoon, sack and three-legged races plus giant puzzles and inflatable sausages.

An event coordinator will explain the rules, keep score and provide all equipment include some rather fetching coloured bibs and headbands for everyone to wear.
