This 2.5-hour lesson from the good people at The Newquay Activity Centre is aimed at total beginners, so no prior surf experience is necessary! Just bring yourself along to the session and your provider will supply the rest, including toasty-warm Ripcurl wetsuits and ID vests.

You’ll be taught by an experienced, professional instructor from the surf school and will enjoy a quick intro, before learning all about beach safety and mastering stand up surfing.

Your group will have access to heated changing rooms with showers before and after your session, in addition to lock boxes to stash any valuable and keep them safe.
