What's involved

Flamenco is more than ‘just’ a sexy dance. This art form, largely based on the folkloric traditions of southern Spain, is actually made up of three parts: guitar playing, song and (of course) dance.

In this hour-long masterclass, you’ll get your feet moving and your hips wiggling, as you learn the hottest moves of this sexy discipline. The class is taught by a professional Flamenco dancer, so you can be sure of an insightful and enjoyable experience. As well as learning the basic moves for your feet and hips, you'll be taught how to clap in time to the music, to ensure that you can perfect the full Flamenco rhythm - ready to impress your friends and family back home!

To get started, simply head to the pre-agreed meeting point, where your guide will greet you, and lead you to your dance class venue. Once there, relax, enjoy and go with the Flamenco flow as you make memories for life with your group!

Important information

Available times: Everyday at 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM, 9:00 PM. Meeting point: The BEAR STATUE at Puerta del Sol (Metro SOL, lines 1, 2 & 3). Look for our guides wearing the red t-shirt and holding the yellow sign with the MADride Travel logo (the bear). Minimum of 6 participants per group. 1 hour long. This is an active experience so please let the experience provider know ahead of time if anyone in your group has any special requirements. Remember to wear or bring comfortable shoes!
