Cocktail Masterclass

Elevate your weekend with this unforgettable cocktail masterclass at Steinbeck & Shaw! 

Situated on the city’s lively West Street, this vibrant bar sets the stage for an incredible afternoon or evening, where you and your pals will learn the secrets to cocktail mastery.

Hosted by a friendly and passionate mixologist, your group will enjoy a warm welcome on arrival, along with a delicious glass of Prosecco each to get the fun started in style. 

Your mixologist will then give you the lowdown on how the session will run, before launching straight in and giving you a demo of the drinks you’ll be making. Expect a whole load of shaking, stirring and muddling, before learning how to pour your drinks like absolute pros. 

Next up, it’ll be your turn to get behind the bar and have a go! You’ll each get to make (and drink!) two cocktails, putting into practice the techniques that you’ve just learned. No worries if you’ve forgotten a step, your host will be on hand to help every step of the way! We reckon you’re going to be super impressed with your creations - just you wait till you’ve tried them!

To round off the masterclass, your group will have the choice of taking part in a shot train or enjoying some Jung Bombs…what will you go for? 

This interactive and hands-on masterclass is suitable for all abilities - whether you’re a cocktail connoisseur or a total newbie! It’s also fabulous fun for Brighton hen parties, birthday celebrations or a fun day out with friends.
