- If your number of guests increases, we will try our best to accommodate your request (please note we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so) and we will update the final balance accordingly.
- If your number of guests decreases, we will charge you for the number of guests agreed in the event contract, as we have budgeted based on these minimum numbers. The full minimum spend allocated can be met with different food and beverage items, eg: upgrades, account bar.
