Cocktail experts make sure you’re in good hands as you try out this fun cocktail making experience. Assemble your squad and explore the marvellous world of mixology in this fun-packed, 90-minute session that makes for the perfect Cardiff hen party activity!

Upon arrival, you’ll each receive a tasty Tom Collins with a twist to get the good times started.

Your dedicated mixologist will then demonstrate the techniques and tricks of the trade before you get hands-on behind the bar to mix, muddle and make dreamy flavour combos using premium spirits and fresh, fruity ingredients.

Of course, you won’t just be making the cocktails, you’ll also get to drink them! Fun and interactive cocktail making games keep you on your toes and ensure the ice is fully broken and everyone’s included.

Don’t worry if you’re feeling light-headed, the bar snacks will sustain you. Revolution is conveniently located in Cardiff’s city centre, directly opposite historic Cardiff Castle.

Please be aware, this activity cannot go ahead with less than six group members, even if the additional places are paid for as a supplement. This is due to UK licensing laws. The minimum number of eight still applies, and if there are less than eight people (six or more), a supplement will be required. Menus are subject to change. CLASSIC CHEESEBURGER SLIDERS Beef burger, sliced cheese, lettuce, pickles, Rev’s relish.
CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN Our crispy house fried chicken.
HALLOUMI FRIES (V) Served with Rev’s relish.
CHARRED BBQ CORN (V) Chargrilled and smothered in garlic, chilli & lime butter.
CRISPY MAC’N’CHEESE BITES (V) Deep fried, breadcrumbed mac ‘n’ cheese bites with jalapeños, sour cream, Italian tomato sauce.
SKINNY FRIES (VE)
CAESAR SALAD (V) Lettuce, croutons, Italian hard cheese, Caesar dressing.
GARLIC BREAD & VODKA SALSA (V) Hand stretched sourdough garlic bread with chilli vodka salsa.
CALAMARI Dressed leaves, mayo.
ASIAN SALAD (VE) Asian slaw, red peppers, cos lettuce, cucumbers, pineapple, spring onion, soy and chilli dress.

Phil was so helpful on booking this and accommodating. On the day itself all the staff were very helpful and even quick to resolve someone I had most off the list for food. Nothing was an issue. Special thanks though to George and Suman for being fantastic hosts on the master class experience - everyone thoroughly enjoyed and said what fun it was. Highly recommend this for a great night of fun. Food was great - everyone said so and the cocktails were made from the “proper stuff” and not cheap imitations. A massive thank you to all the Revs staff for making this a great experience for all 16 of us

Hiya We thoroughly enjoyed our cocktail making experience. Billy our host was great, he made the activities fun and allowed everyone to take part. When we finished early, he also gave us another round of shots so that we didn't miss out on time which was much appreciated. Also want to give a shout out to Matt who came over with shots and sparklers for the hens during food which added that extra special touch :-) Would definitely recommend

Had a brilliant time cocktail making yesterday with the lovely Alec! He was so friendly and funny we all had a brilliant time. Our hen is quite shy but he made her relax and enjoy herself and we were all soon screaming laughing and making amazing cocktails. My only negative was that we did not have any food provided, unclear whether this is an add on to the booking or should have been included?
